Viability

For over five decades, the Viable System Model has helped design complex organizations, yet its claims rarely undergo systematic testing. This paper proposes a protocol and evidence register to subject the model to organized correction. By establishing clear criteria for empirical revision, this approach transforms the framework into a cumulative, testable, and corrigible research programme.
